Still a draft — change anything before it goes out.

Klerica reads the email and fills in the client, the line items, and the total. You look it over and hit send — nothing goes out until you do.

How it works

Three steps, start to paid.

  1. 01

    Paste their email

The note a client already sent you — the work, the prices, the rough dates. Drop it in. No inbox to connect; Klerica only ever sees what you paste.

  2. 02

    Review the draft

Klerica reads out the client, line items, dates, and total — and flags anything it's unsure about, so you know exactly where to look.

  3. 03

    Send it, get paid

A branded PDF from your own name, with a Pay button right on the invoice. Reminders chase the late ones so you don't have to.

On both sides of the table

Calm to use. Calm to receive.

One invoice, two views — the workspace where you put it together, and the clean page your client actually opens.

After you hit send

Klerica doesn't stop at “sent.”

Most invoicing tools end at the invoice. Klerica keeps going — it shows you where your money is in plain English, and emails you the money you forgot to bill.

Reports that read like a person

How much you're owed and how late it is, how fast clients pay, and what you're on pace to earn — no accountant jargon.

The money you forgot to bill

Every Monday, Klerica emails you the revenue slipping through the cracks — estimates you won but never invoiced, drafts gone stale, regulars who've gone quiet.

What you get

Built for the part of work you keep putting off.

AI that actually extracts

Paste a client email — or upload a PDF or photo. Klerica reads the whole thing (sender, ask, dates) into structured invoice data, with confidence scores and warnings so you know what to double-check.

Get paid, not chased

Clients pay by card, ACH, Apple Pay, or Google Pay right on the invoice. Klerica nudges the late ones at 7, 14, and 30 days — so you never write the awkward chasing email again.

Reports in plain English

How much you're owed and how overdue it is, how fast clients pay, your top clients, and what you're on pace to earn. Your whole money picture, no jargon.

Nothing slips through

A weekly digest emails you the money you forgot to bill — estimates you won but never invoiced, drafts gone stale, regulars who've gone quiet.

Templates you'd actually send

17 polished designs, including industry-specific layouts. Drop in your logo, pick an accent color, and every invoice carries your brand automatically.

Estimates, recurring & deposits

Send an estimate the client accepts in one click, set invoices to repeat on a schedule, or collect a deposit upfront — then track every status from draft to paid.

Built for

People who got into the work, not the paperwork.

Freelancers

Designers, writers, devs. Turn the project email into an invoice without breaking your flow.

Small studios

Teams of two to five. Everyone can see who's been billed and who still owes.

Side-hustles

Tutors, photographers, contractors. Invoice once a month without the dread.

Privacy

Your inbox stays yours. Klerica never reads it.

No inbox access

Klerica never reads your email — not for extraction, not for the unbilled digest. You paste what you want read; everything else runs off your own invoice data.

Never sends without you

AI drafts. You review. You hit send. No autopilot.

Your data, your control

Delete an invoice or your account, and it's gone, including from our backups.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Do I need a Google account?+

Nope. Sign in with Google if it's handy, or just use an email and password — whichever you prefer. Either way, Klerica never reads your inbox or sends mail from your own account.

What can Klerica actually see?+

Almost nothing. Sign in with Google and we get your name and email — no inbox access, the same as any 'Sign in with Google' button anywhere else. When you paste an email in for a draft, that text is read once to build the invoice, then discarded.

Will my client know it came from Klerica?+

Not really. Your business name is what shows in the From line, and any reply goes straight to your inbox. The behind-the-scenes sender is invoices@klerica.com, but to your client it just reads as an invoice from you.

What if the AI gets something wrong?+

You'll catch it. Every draft opens in an editable form, with confidence scores and a flag on anything that looks off — and nothing sends until you've had a look. Klerica drafts; you decide.

Does Klerica do reports?+

Yes — a plain-English reports page shows how much you're owed and how overdue it is, how fast clients pay, your top clients, and what you're on pace to earn. No accountant jargon. Reports are on the Pro plan; the deeper analyst views (receivables aging, cash-flow health) are on Premium.

What's the unbilled-revenue digest?+

A weekly email (Premium) that catches money you forgot to bill — estimates you won but never invoiced, drafts left sitting, and regular clients who've gone quiet. It reads only your own Klerica data, and nothing is ever sent to your clients.

How much does it cost?+

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — everything unlocked, no card. After that, pick a plan to keep creating and sending; anything you've already made stays yours to view and print on any plan. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

Start invoicing in minutes.

Paste an email, send a sharp-looking invoice, and let Klerica keep track of who owes you and what slipped through the cracks. Free to start — your first two invoices are on us, no card.
